Reservations:

Your reservation is secured by means of a signed confirmation as well as a deposit of € 364.00 per room. A deposit is not necessary when you give us your credit card number and its expiration date.

Payment will be kept as a cancellation fee, unless a Trip Cancellation Insurance policy has been taken out according to the insurance conditions. Otherwise the general provisions of the Austrian Hotel regulations apply.

Trip Cancellation Insurance:

To avoid cancellation fees, we suggest you take out a Trip Cancellation Insurance policy. The cost is € 14.60 per person. Children aged 0 – 5 years are excluded from this fee. You can receive detailed information upon request.

Cancellation Fees:

In case of cancellation without a valid Trip Cancellation Insurance policy, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

	Cancellation up to 14 days in advance: EUR 364.00 per room
	Less than 14 days in advance: 80 percent of the price of lodging
	In case of early departure, 50 percent of the price of the unused portion of the stay will be charged

Arrival and Departure:

On the day of arrival, you may enter your room at 3:00 pm. We ask you to please inform us if you will be arriving late. Check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of your departure.
