The kitchen of the Wellness Hotel Schwarzbrunn enjoys an excellent reputation, not only with our guests, but also in
the entire region. A team of at least 30 people are working around the clock in order to bring you extraordinary culinary
enjoyment. Our guests deserve the best: fresh ingredients of the highest quality, the utmost professionalism in preparation
and presentation, as well as excellent service and advice.
The kitchen is only limited by its creativity and imagination. In our wine cellar you’ll find some of the finest wines; the
crowning touches to your enjoyment. The charming atmosphere of the “Kaminstube” (fireside lounge), the winter and rose
gardens, the “Alte Stube” (traditional parlour), or the Blue Salon make your culinary experience complete.
Especially popular with our guests with its rustic dining room and the cozy outdoor dining area is the Gasthof
Marschall, which is immediately next door and cooperatively run. With our “Dining Around” offer we give our guests the
opportunity to enjoy its ambience and outstanding kitchen.
