"Haus der Völker" Ethno-Museum in Schwaz (year-round) The "Haus der Völker" in Schwaz is an extraordinary private art collection, which offers substantial insight into the cultures of the world. The "Haus der Völker" was founded in 1995 and is an initiative of the "Tiroler Afrikakenners" and the photographer Gert Chesi. In 30 years he has collected more than a thousand museum objects, which – supplemented with loaned works – make up the basis of an incredible exhibition.
