Stanser Wolfsklamm Stans is the starting point for the Wolfsklamm, one of the most romantic corners of Tyrol; a hike through this ravine is definitely worth it. The raging Stallenbach is a unique natural spectacle; the river’s many waterfalls produce foamy whitewater and deep pools that glow emerald green. The footbridge takes you up to the top of the 898 meter high Georgenberg. St. Georgenberg, with its Baroque churches, is regarded as the oldest pilgrimage site in Austria. The hike through the Wolfsklamm to St. Georgenberg takes about an hour. Admission to the canyon is free of charge for our guests.
